Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all programs and services offered by IELTS in 90.

By enrolling in any program, you agree to the terms below.


1. General policy

IELTS in 90 offers live, fixed-schedule training programs with limited spots.

Because access to a cohort is reserved in advance, refunds are handled under the rules below.


2. Refunds before the program starts

You may request a full refund if:

  • your request is submitted before the first live session begins

Refund requests must be sent to support@ieltsin90.com.


3. No refunds after the program starts

Once the first live session has started:

  • refunds are not available

  • partial refunds are not available

  • missed sessions do not qualify for refunds

This applies regardless of:

  • attendance

  • personal circumstances

  • time zone issues

  • technical issues on the participant’s side


4. Missed sessions

All sessions run at fixed dates and times.

If you miss a session:

  • it is considered delivered

  • it is not replayed or rescheduled

  • it does not qualify for a refund


5. Payment processing fees

Refunds (when applicable) are processed using the original payment method.

Any non-refundable processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount.


6. Chargebacks and disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  • access to the program may be suspended immediately

  • we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to the payment provider


7. How to request a refund

To request a refund (before the program starts), contact:

Include:

  • your full name

  • the email used at checkout

  • the program name


8. Agreement

By enrolling in a program offered by IELTS in 90, you confirm that:

  • you understand this Refund Policy

  • you agree to it in full
