These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IELTS in 90 website and services.
By accessing this website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms.

1. About IELTS in 90

IELTS in 90 provides online education services, including live, supervised IELTS training programs delivered through fixed-schedule cohorts.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or

  • you have permission from a parent or legal guardian

3. Services provided

IELTS in 90 offers:

  • live, supervised online training sessions

  • fixed-schedule cohort-based programs

  • digital learning materials related to those programs

Programs are not self-paced and are delivered at specific dates and times.

4. Enrollment and access

When you enroll in a program:

  • you receive access only to the cohort you purchased

  • access is personal and non-transferable

  • sharing accounts, materials, or session links is not permitted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Fixed schedule and attendance

All programs run on a fixed schedule.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • sessions take place at specific dates and times

  • missed sessions are not replayed or rescheduled

  • late enrollment after a cohort has started is not possible

Attendance is your responsibility.

6. Payments

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment provider to charge the full amount.

We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • refunds are available before the first live session begins

  • refunds are not available once the first session has started

By enrolling, you agree to this policy.

8. No guarantees

IELTS in 90 does not guarantee:

  • any specific IELTS band score

  • exam results

  • admission, migration, or employment outcomes

Our services provide training and practice only.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • disrupt live sessions

  • record or distribute sessions without permission

  • misuse the platform or materials

  • engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to remove participants who наруше these rules without refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content provided by IELTS in 90, including:

  • text

  • exercises

  • session materials

  • branding

is the intellectual property of IELTS in 90 and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • IELTS in 90 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • we are not responsible for technical issues beyond our reasonable control

  • total liability is limited to the amount paid for the program

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services if:

  • these Terms are violated

  • payment disputes or chargebacks occur

  • misuse of the platform is detected

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
